When you contact us via email or the contact form, the following data is collected and processed solely to handle your enquiry and initiate or fulfil a service agreement: first and last name · email address · company name and role · service or program of interest · preferred format and date · any free-text message provided.
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Formspree, Inc., 2 Park Avenue, Floor 20, New York, NY 10016, USA (formspree.io). Data may be stored on servers in the USA based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Formspree privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract).
Retention period: Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and deleted thereafter, subject to statutory retention obligations (up to 6 years, § 257 HGB / § 147 AO).
Note on contract conclusion (§ 312d BGB): Submitting the contact or booking form does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only concluded upon explicit written confirmation by Erik Rohde. Private consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of contract.
c) When Booking an Appointment via Calendly
We use Calendly, a scheduling service by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA, to allow you to book appointments. When using Calendly, personal data such as your name, email address, selected appointment date, and any optional message will be collected and processed.

d) Google Fonts (Web Fonts)
This website loads fonts (Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans) from Google Fonts (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in accessible typography). We intend to migrate to locally hosted fonts at the earliest opportunity.

This website uses Plausible Analytics in a self-hosted configuration. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. This website contains links to the operator's profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. These are simple hyperlinks — no social media plugins, share buttons, or embedded tracking pixels are used. No data is transmitted to these networks merely by visiting this website.
